Overview

Introducing Genesis Trionic! This triangular shaped co-poly is a spin monster. With its sharp edges, this string puts a tight grip on the ball. Made with chemical additives to improve comfort and feel. A great option for players who want a durable co-poly that offers massive spin and easy targeting on full swings.

Try this thin 1.20mm version for more spin but slightly less durability than the 1.30mm version

  • Gauge: 18/1.20mm
  • Length: 40ft/12m
  • Composition: Co-polyester Monofilament
  • Color: Black

Comments: Very soft and good spin with average or so power. Great ball pocketing. I am probably sticking with this one unless Twisted Razor comes out in 18 gauge.

Comments: Amazing spin and comfort, very good tension maintenance, durability is not the best.

Comments: I used to play a lot with this string. It gets phenomenal spin, almost to the point that there is too much spin and you don't know when the ball will drop. It is rather soft for poly and holds tension quite well. Average power. I would somewhat compare it to Volkl V-Square in terms of spin and softness. Ultimately, I valued the extra control of similar strings like Dunlop Black Widow, but this is still in my top 10 favorites. I would recommend to those with dense patterns who want to get more spin or for more open patterns, go with the 16 gauge instead.
